The Campus

Salmon Bay Marine Center isn’t a converted warehouse with a water view. It’s a purpose-built, 85,000 square foot campus designed around the idea that where you work changes how you work — and that the best possible answer to that question, in Seattle, is the water.

92% of our rentable space has a direct waterfront view, walkout boardwalk access, or a private outdoor deck. First-floor suites open directly onto the canal through glass-panel roll-up doors. Upper-floor offices include private balconies. The Ship Canal — one of the most active and visually interesting waterways in the Pacific Northwest — is the view from your desk. What's Included

Every SBMC lease includes the full campus — not just the suite. That means the boardwalk, the outdoor furniture, the fire table on the water’s edge, and access to a 21′ electric Duffy boat that tenants use for client entertaining and team outings. There’s e-bike charging, SUP and kayak storage on the dock, on-site showers, and free parking for you and your guests. The campus is dog-friendly. The dock is right there.

Our Team

Our management team is on site every day. We’re here because we want to be and we love working here. Don and Sharry Stabbert built SBMC because they love the water, the maritime community, and what this campus represents. That hasn’t changed. You’ll often find our team on the boardwalk or on the docks, fixing something or helping tenants. Which means that when something needs attention, you don’t have to track anyone down.
